We closely monitor weather forecasts in the days leading up to any scheduled session. If the weather appears likely to interfere with our ability to safely operate our drones or capture high-quality footage, we will proactively reach out to discuss potential rescheduling options.

2. Day-of Decisions:

Weather conditions can change rapidly. We reserve the right to make a cancellation or rescheduling decision on the day of the shoot if necessary. Our team will communicate with you as early as possible if we determine that weather conditions are not conducive to a successful session.

3. Rescheduling Due to Bad Weather:

In the event of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule the session at the next available date convenient for both parties, with priority given over new bookings. There will be no additional charge for rescheduling due to weather-related cancellations.

4. Deposits and Payments:

Any deposits made for a session that needs to be rescheduled due to bad weather will be applied to the rescheduled date. If we cannot find a mutually agreeable rescheduling date within 60 days of the original booking, your deposit will be fully refunded.

5. Client-Requested Rescheduling:

We understand you may also prefer to reschedule due to impending bad weather. If you request a reschedule at least 24 hours before the session due to weather concerns, we will accommodate your request without any rescheduling fees. Requests made within 24 hours of the session start time may be subject to a rescheduling fee unless due to emergent weather conditions.

6. Limitations:

While we strive to accommodate all rescheduling requests, availability during peak seasons may be limited. Rescheduling will be subject to our current availability, and we recommend discussing alternative dates as early as possible.

The final decision to proceed with, postpone, or cancel a scheduled session due to weather conditions rests with Falcon Vision Studios LLC. This policy ensures the safety of our staff and equipment and the delivery of high-quality imagery to our clients.
